Another little gotcha I ran into has to do with having multiple versions of Office installed under different accounts.
I found that I have to sign in to Office using the same user account as the one in which I have the MS 365 account.
To be more explicit, some time ago I purchased Office Pro using my personal hotmail account, but when I got the MS 365 account, it is under a different email account, i.e. one specifically tied to that account. For a couple of weeks I was at a loss as to why I could see the DV connection in Access, but not use it. I finally realized that when I want to use the version which connects to DV, I have to reinstall Office using that appropriate MS 365 account information. When I do that, the appropriate version of Access is available when I sign back in again. Most people probably won't have that problem, of course, but I thought I'd share my convoluted path to Access with Dataverse.
