This looks great but its unfortunate that the project is unrunnable for non-enterprise users.  At long last I signed up for an Azure account (a great opportunity to perhaps win a customer from AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean), and only then am I informed that the Azure OpenAI service is not available to non-enterprise customers.
