Ignite Pre-Day Workshop: Plan your Microsoft Office End User Adoption Strategy

I'm excited to announce that I'll be teaching the Office 365 adoption strategy pre-day workshop at our Ignite conference, in Orlando on September 23rd.  In this workshop (PRE01) we will teach updated methods for driving service adoption in small, medium or large sized organization.  We'll use Office 365 and Microsoft Teams as our example services but this content is applicable to a variety of business solutions.  This workshop is open to business users, IT professionals and communications/training staff that are in charge of or participating in driving adoption within their company.  

In addition each pre-day participant will receive a coupon waiving their fees for our Adoption Specialist Certificate exam which will be released at Ignite.  This certificate will validate knowledge across six essential capability areas for Adoption Specialists.  It is designed for business and IT professionals as a compliment to other formal organizational change management courses.  Our exam will be delivered online via our partner EdX.org.
