My name is Rachel Irabor, I'm a Beta Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, Power Platform Developer, Power Platform Advocate, Technical Writer, and a student at the University of Benin. Enthusiastic about community building and have taught 1700+ individuals on power platform through organizing events, holding classes, organizing power platform bootcamp, and being a part of the community leaders in Power Platform User group Nigeria, other power platform community groups, and also a part of the Community leads of Microsoft Student Community University of Benin.

I published my first episode on A Girl in Love with Tech Podcast, where I invite individuals in the community to discuss about the different areas in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure and also share their career stories.

On my first podcast episode, I invited Oluwatobi Yusuf, and we discussed the Opportunities of Microsoft Power Platform in Africa. I have noticed that a lot of individuals have questions about going into the Microsoft Power Platform Space especially here in Africa.

Especially on this question: By learning Microsoft Power Platform will I get a job here in Africa/Nigeria?

They are so many things involved in Microsoft Power Platform and one of the things I love about it, is that you do not have to pursue a career in Microsoft Power Platform to use the tools in Microsoft Power Platform.

It's basically a Platform for everyone no matter your job role, career, region, or environment, and you can definitely utilize the Power Platform tools in your current role, and most importantly they are so many job opportunities in Power Platform.
