Congrats to the winners of this year's MEWC & MECC

The Microsoft Excel World Championship (MEWC) and the Microsoft Excel Collegiate Challenge (MECC) concluded their 2024 season at the HyperX Arena in Las Vegas, with thousands of participants from almost every continent.

You can feel the energy and excitement as Yan Zhuang from the New York Times captured in Is Microsoft Excel the Next Big E-Sport?

Watching the participants in action was simply awe-inspiring. From the MECC team and individual finals to the MEWC semi-finals and finals, their speed, agility, and, above all, passion were unmatched.

The Excel World Championship is also a thriving community that is incredibly supportive and inclusive of anyone who has ever used Excel. People from all around the world come together not only to showcase their talents and skills but also to share knowledge and best practices. Regardless of experience or specific skill sets, everyone has something invaluable to contribute.

Special thanks to all the students, professionals, MVPs and creators who participated, and kudos to the Financial Modeling World Cup for organizing an outstanding event and nurturing a global community that continues to thrive!
