How to configure the new Room Finder in Outlook

Can anyone please guide on the following ?

I am stucked in using ROOM Finder and have the following issues which i would like to fix.

My Challenge is the following :-

1. We got Multiple cities visible with the same name and if we check using powershell that city is only ONE - How to remove the duplicate city as both city has same name (See Below) 
2. We would like to Achieve the Methodology of CITY + BUILDING – Forexample;  NewYork City as the main folder and then inside new york city we got two Buildings, BUILDING A & BUILDING B. Now rooms will be inside the buildings

Any command for #1 which delete all the cities - as i use SET-PLACE cmdlet for creating - Can we use some similar command to remove or view which city has what rooms ?
