Hybrid Configuration Wizard with granular configuration feature is now available

Running HCW wizard --> unchecked all boxes --> CentralizedTransport feature gets removed from the Get-HybridConfiguration, emails sent & received are still going via centralized route. 
Before Running new HCW: 

Get-HybridConfiguration | fl Features

Features : {FreeBusy, MoveMailbox, Mailtips, MessageTracking, OwaRedirection, OnlineArchive, SecureMail, CentralizedTransport, Photos}

After Running new HCW:  

Get-HybridConfiguration | fl Features

Features : {FreeBusy, MoveMailbox, Mailtips, MessageTracking, OwaRedirection, OnlineArchive, SecureMail, Photos}

As per message on new HCW wizard "Deselecting the configuration here won't undo the previous HCW configuration". Please check why above change is being made and if there is any downside to it. 

Also how to disable Centralized Mail-flow using new HCW wizard? Is this coming soon or we are supposed to use old version of the tool? Thank you.
