Please add more documentation and resolution steps for New-MailboxRestoreRequest.

My 28 requests has ben finished and 8 was Failed with: "Fatal error DataConsistencyPermanentException has occurred."

Message : Error: The data consistency score (Investigate) for this request is too low (due to MissingItemInTarget).

 

how can we actually complete this restore?
