I agree with that. We just need to balance right how to simplify the words, but not the message itself. Or simplify the terms itself or consistency in them to be easily explained in same manner again and again. Like how Exchange Online and Defender for Office 365 count shared mailboxes. Or when you can user Exchange Server if you have Exchange Online licenses.

I heard many times from customer messages that "Microsoft team says you need Microsoft 365 E5, so we are fine". And sometimes I need to reply "Yes, but in EA, not in CSP". Because terms are different.
