We are running into several issues when we upgraded Teams on our Citrix non persistent vdi's. The issue we are having are below:
1,) Microsoft Activation is not being saved forcing our users to sign in and activate the Office 365 apps every day.
2.) Users have to sign into onedrive every day.
3.) Users have to setup teams every day like they have never accessed it before.
4.) Some users are reporting that they are missing the teams add-on.
We are using Fslogix hotfix 3 2.9.8784.63912. We do not use SSO for our citrix users and I am not certain what else to do to correct this issue. We also now have another issue that users are getting a message that Teams needs to be updated and can no longer use the classic teams app even know its supported until June 2024.
