It's a completely decentralized application which offers a bidirectional sync between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.

You can sync any tickets from ServiceNow as a workItem with all the information within the ticket.

It offers a groovy based scripting engine which provides you a lot of customization and flexibiity.
