Intune_Support_Team - This issue does not appear to be fully resolved. We have seen reports in this thread of it working for some people, and not others. We are also seeing that we have many users where this is still an issue. We are not sure why it is happening for some users but not others. We need your help to continue to work on this with Apple to fully resolve for all users. We haven't been able to determine what is different with the users where 17.4 does not fix this issue.
We have some users who are waiting days upon days and closing in on a week for contacts to sync after we re-enrolled them with our management profile, and people who have a bunch of duplicate contacts. Attempting to clean up the duplicates also takes days of manual work. Something is not right.
