Administrative templates will be generally available this summer in Intune. Mobile Device Management (MDM) policy configuration has been built into Windows, starting with Windows 10, version 1703 release. The preview in Intune allows a templated access of select Group Policy administrative templates (ADMX-backed policies) for Windows PCs via the Policy configuration service provider (CSP). This expanded access ensures that enterprises do not need to compromise security of their devices in the cloud. This functionality will be available for Intune standalone and co-managed devices.  With this advancement, around 2500 additional up-to-date settings from Office, Windows and OneDrive will become available for administrators to configure as a built-in first-class experience in Intune.

For more on how to work with these administrative templates, head to documentation here: https://docs.microsoft.com/intune/administrative-templates-windows.

Great to see the Administrative Templates feature is now out of Preview. Is there any update on changes? Also there still does not appear to be a way to export Administrative template Profiles. This is needed for large organizations with multiple environments (For Security Baselines as well). Is this on the roadmap?

Will be there be pre-sets\configurations Security Baselines for NCSC guidelines? Or when will the current preview be released to prod

Intune_Support_Team Any chance you can give an update on the time when administrative templates will be supported for co-managed devices as well? Does "soon" mean weeks or months?

    Thank you!

Since these are similar to group policies, I am assuming they only work on Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise editions? And not Home?
