Hello Keiichi - First of all, great work on getting the Percept DK mounted on a Matrice 300, you can write about that as I've seen a lot of interest in that mount.
To answer your first question, the video output is the streaming output that you have with wifi when you are on the same wifi network.
As for 5G or LTE please refer to this article, one thing to note, the OS that is referenced contains components to initialize and connect your USB modem to LTE while plugged into the Percept DK.

Also, you will need to be on the same network as the streaming output IP address which can be a challenge when working with LTE connections.
One thing I've used is a p2p provider such as ZeroTier to connect on the same network segment as the LTE modem so you can view the output from the Percept DK.
