I'm looking at Microsoft Priva for a customer.

This is the case:
They want to send an email to the users once a month that list the emails that contains personal data. The user should then take actions on these email and delete them if they don't need them anymore.

Investigated:
I looked at Microsoft Priva as it can look into the data that contain personal data and send notifications to the users.

I found that it could be possible to use the data minimization profile for unused data.

My question is the following:

If there is sent a user notifications for a data minimization policy match. What are the remediations that a user will get, delete, keep, etc...

Is this the right tool for such a task or might there be another way to achieve what they want?
