Thanks for your question and background to the case you are looking at. Microsoft Priva can look across Exchange, SPO, OneDrive and Teams data, and when a policy is set, you can choose to notify users when the actions of the condition are met. For the data minimization policy for example, you can choose to send an email notification to users when they perform an action that matches the policy conditions. You can set the frequency of how often a user can receive an email: daily, weekly, or monthly.
