awesome article , using tech-neutral framework and the common language that comes with it to describe MSFT features , will just make this conversation appealing to a wider spectrum of audience who are not necessarily Microsoft savvy. Another useful use I can think of , is when planning for migration to M365, having a common framework will help to compare functional blocks apple to apple.
