I've tried finding this but cannot seem to get a direct answer anywhere.  If you save a prompt in copilot that has been tweaked/adjusted a few times, what part of the prompt actually saves? I did ask Copilot "if you were to save the above email prompt what part of it saves?" and it spit out the templated final answer email draft and I want to save the actual final adjusted prompt. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Thank you so much.
