We've just been thinking about how to build a prompt library. Currently running a pilot of Copilot using an MS Team (only for those on the pilot) with a channel for sharing prompts - as posts which members can comment against, suggest changes or simply feedback. Just about to launch Viva Engage and thought of making use of an adoption community - so include any colleague who is interested in Copilot or currently using it (have a limited number of licenses to prove out value and create 'desire'). The plan was to close down the MS Team and update the connected SharePoint site behind the Engage Community to build a prompt library based on posts to the Engage adoption community. Add meta data to the library to be able to retrieve prompts based on business area, scenario, maybe by MS app etc. Now we have this Prompt app for Teams just released and I'm not sure where to go. Maybe I forget about Viva Engage and just use one open Team for Copilot adoption. Confused!!
