  • A blank page or lack of ideas can be an all too familiar starting point. In week two, users will explore the ways that Copilot can help them get ideas, improve their writing, start a deck, and draft documents.
Week Three: Expanding Expertise with Copilot
  • Since Copilot taps into the knowledge system of the AI model, grounded in your work data and data from the web, week three is a great time to leverage Copilot to expand your expertise and skills. This week will help users simplify, analyze, get answers, and find information more easily.
Week Four: Enhancing Collaboration with Copilot
  • Productive teamwork is essential, and Copilot can enhance your collaboration experience in a variety of ways. Week four will help users work better together by highlighting action items, guiding brainstorms, and so much more.

  • Hi!  Is there a plan to push this content out daily for one month to license holders in March? Or have I misread the materials, and it's on a piecemeal basis by the adoption specialist? Cheers Lesley

      Hi Lesley Crook,

We currently offer the email templates that organizations can download, customize and then send directly to their internal end users. These email templates come as daily or weekly emails.

The content of the Great Copilot Journey will soon also be offered as a weekly email series sent by Microsoft that IT admins can opt their end users into through the admin center.

      I hope this helps.

  • Hi Guys,
Are the Copilot Journey badges official Microsoft badges, such as Level Up Bootcamp badges, which we are allowed to add to our profiles and share on LinkedIn?

      Hi Markus_Dataciders,

The badge is not an official certification (yet) but you can absolutely use these badges to show you're a Microsoft 365 Copilot power user. The folder has several formats and sizes to choose from.

If you share the badge on LinkedIn or other social networks, it would be amazing if you could add the hashtag #GreatCopilotJourney and tag the Microsoft 365 Copilot account 🙂 (Completely optional, of course).

Hi there!  I downloaded the kit, but the weekly and daily email folders were blank -- no templates were in there.  Could you please double check the download?

It would be appreciated if there was guidance on the 'forced down our throats' version of Copilot vs the paid one.  As a small business, end users will come to me for how-to, what-to-do, and honestly Microsoft's hasty inundation of a beta product on the paying customers is hard to justify or provide positive instruction.
