I'm one of those customers not using Config Manager. Brad Anderson, in this blog and on an appearance on Microsoft Mechanics, said that we can move straight to Intune. I can't find any documentation supporting running modern management in Intune alone. All documentation found so far discusses co-management. What is available now just running Intune and what is promised for the future? Can we get desktop telemetry for desktop analytics without config manager, for instance? Can I get the richness of desktop information without deploying config manager. I know as an E3 - EMS - P1 customer we have rights to the config manager software (although I've seen some postings where customers can't find a Microsoft person that knows this without referencing some internal document number). I would rather simplify things and not have another server on-premise doing what I hope Intune can do under it's new banner Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Brad, I hope you clarify what we can do today with cloud only based Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
