Evolving Microsoft Credentials for Dynamics 365

Hello GretchenLaBelle and Julian_Sharp,

with MB210 (Sales) and MB220 (Customer Insights Journey/Marketing) retiring on 30/11/2024 we are wondering which new certifications will be required to achieve D365 Business Apps - Sales Specialization?

Both certifications are required to achieve that specialization!

Your organization must have individuals earn the following certifications:

• Fifteen (15) individuals must earn at least one of the following intermediate certifications (And minimum of 3 individuals required in each certification)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) Functional Consultant Associate
• Five (5) individuals must earn the following advanced certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
