The syllabus is 80% of SC 400, with only incidents management added here. Doesn't really sound fair to those who took SC 400 recently! It's a rename, not a retirement. A better approach would have been similar to when MS-720 became MS-721, to give it for free for those who are already SC 400 certified. This is a complete waste and unnecessary.
