After this release we experience a few new problems. The 'check-out' option has now been activated on our Yealink RoomPanels, however, the room is not released after selecting this option. The meeting keeps showing on the panel. Strangely, we do have one meeting room where this functionality does work, the weird thing is that all settings on this device are equal to the other panels.
Is there a specific setting which needs to be selected? I can't find any information regarding settings.
One other recommendation, this new check-out functionality is 'hidden' behind the 'Manage' button on the panal. For colleagues this is not immediately clear, so I would recommend showing this button immediately on the display and do not hide it behind the 'Manage' button.
Anyone has tips to solve these problems?
