Paul CannonFrom your original post:
"Recently we made available Reverse Number Lookup to display a caller’s name based on multiple sources. This includes caller ID in history and voicemail ensuring you always know who has called. "
Can you please elaborate on the phrase "based on multiple sources"? Does this include AzureAD "Office Phone" field?
As Daniel Jelinek mentioned, CallerID via Direct Routing works on the toast popup, but not for Call-History. Call-History only shows phone numbers, despite these numbers being assigned to our users in AzureAD.
According to the Roadmap, this RNL feature is GA:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=53937
However, according to this UserVoice page:
https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/35243428-pstn-reverse-number-lookup-show-username-from-add?page=1&per_page=20#{toggle_previous_statuses}
...Microsoft is still working on this feature?
To me this looks like conflicting information. Am I missing something here?
Thanks
