I would like to use the One-on-One with Professors more cleverly than currrently possible: currently students must authenticate to access the booking link and then still type in their name and email address to be able to get confirmation of the booking and the link to reschedule. Can the name and email address be automatically read from the authentication credentials so a) they don't need to waste time typing something already known and b) they can only use a valid University email?
The retrieval of user name and email address automatically from authentication credentials can already be done in MS Forms, can this please be extended to MS Bookings, and the email still be sent to students even if customer email address not a required field? Thank you.
