Everyone, consider this:
The Office apps were feature perfected years ago. Really, what features have been added to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. in the last 10+ years that would be missed?
With that in mind, dump Office 365 with its non-stop, unilateral forced changes, and replace it with the non-subscription version. Buy the regular Office suite, such as Office 2016, Office 2019, Office 2021, or the soon-to-be-released Office 2025.
Once you buy these, you never have to pay Microsoft a [forever] monthly fee. You will save tons of money, and you regain control of the software deployment.
No more unexpected feature changes, no more unexpected UI changes. From a user's perspective Office 2016 - 2021 & 365 all look/feel the same.
One of my clients standardized on Office 2016 (years ago) for their ~100 person company, and they have saved tens of thousands by avoiding that monthly fee. They have none of this Office 365 change drama. They are considering upgrading to Office 2025 though.
If you use one of the non-365 Office suites, you can use "classic" Outlook forever - at no additional cost.
... Just something to consider. You don't have to let Microsoft take your tools away.
