I'm not sure if this is the place but can I request a way to edit which response options are available to invitees?
There are a large number of meetings that take place at our company that are exclusively in-person meetings. Examples include technical planning discussions, workshops and social/cultural events where invitees need to be physically present to attend.
It has been confusing for staff when an in-person event is made (with the Teams meeting option turned off) and there is still an option to accept with virtual attendance. This can lead staff to being confused about whether the event does actually cater to virtual attendance (even though it does not).
I think you need to differentiate between in-person and virtual events in the future.
In the meantime, are you able to let the organiser remove the "Yes" and "Yes, virtually" options?
