Dear Microsoft,
It is October 2024 and Outlook on IOS has the the bottom nav bar always present. Meaning you can find/open and read an email and before you reply you can easily check the calendar since the bottom bar is ALWAYS present on IOS. Once you have checked the calendar, simply press the MAIL icon on the bottom bar and you are right back at the email you were reading.
On Android the bottom bar is NOT always present. Instead, as soon as you search/scroll/find and open and email you want to respond do, but before responding you want to check the calendar. Well, since the bottom bar is removed as soon as you open an email you need to close that email, click calendar icon and then click mail icon again only to find yourself at the top of the inbox and you once again have to search/scroll/find that email you previously had open. Why do you remove the bottom bar on Android when an email is opened? Please change this. It must be a very simple thing to adjust.
It is 2024 and it is all about productivity and workflow. The Mobile version of Outlook for Android is such a great app but this small difference from it's IOS version has a massive and negative impact on work.
