Have you ever read an email and wanted to respond quickly to the sender with an IM or call instead of email reply? When writing an email, after adding a recipient, have you opened the address book to search for his or her manager to add as Cc?
With the redesigned contact card experience, your contact's key details are now front and center, increasing productivity by reducing the distance to find contact and organization details.

It's now easier than ever to communicate with your contacts, including Skype for Business direct calling, IM, and video calling. With organization details now in the contact card, you can quickly get a birds-eye view of your team organization with easy navigation within the card.
