MicrosoftMicrosoft Project Team This features and settings should be directly on the Project Central (https://project.microsoft.com/). When I create a project directly on the project for the web panel, It shows me about the project calendar but the settings is not there, it's on the power apps, the same for sprints in the tasks, resources and etc. As always, Microsoft are not intuitive, making basic features hard to use and forcing people to have other applications licenses, and knowledge, like dynamic 365 and power apps, for basic settings and customizations. Things that should be there from the beginning.
I have a lot of friends and customers that prefer Google services and other Project Management tools because of this. Everything we are going to do in Microsoft request us a lot of customization and to do this, we spent hours learning many other apps that we are not interested. I start to use Project for the Web and when I realize, I've lost an entire day watching power apps and dynamics 365 tutorials just to make settings that should be there from a few clicks. THAT'S INSANE...
Why should I have to read this article, download something on github, and deploy things in power apps environment to use something that I expected to have natively in the Project Central? That's ridiculous.... I don't believe that in 2023 I still have to ask Microsoft for give us a Project Management solution where the features, and those respective settings, are in the same place and don't force me to learn other applications and read tutorials to make a few customizations.
