Honorable Roxy Ndebumadu, an AI leader and elected official, will deliver a compelling keynote titled “The Race Between Innovation and our Governments.” In an era where technology evolves at lightning speed, governments face the critical challenge of not just adopting innovations like AI, but leveraging them to create meaningful social and political impacts at scale. Roxy will share insights on how technology can empower organizations by driving productivity, transparency, and adaptability while addressing societal equity and public trust. Government-Focused Sessions 

The M365 DC Community Day will feature 32 community-led sessions, with an exciting emphasis on sessions tailored for government content. These sessions will cover essential topics for Federal, State, and Local customers in the GCC, GCC-H, and DOD tenants. Here’s a sampling of what you can expect: 

M365 Copilot for GCC 

Microsoft's Rima Reyes will unveil the latest M365 Copilot features coming to the Government Community Cloud (GCC). This session will demonstrate how Copilot can automate daily tasks, enhance teamwork, and become an indispensable tool in your GCC experience. 

Learning and Growing with the Power Platform (GCC, GCC High, DoD Edition) 

Rachel Roberts will guide newcomers to the Power Platform in the Gov tenant types, offering learning resources, demos, and a supportive mindset. This session will help you navigate and succeed in the Government Tenant Types with practical insights and personal experiences. 

Power Platform and D365 Copilot for Federal Agencies 

Join Microsoft's Steve Winward as he covers everything you need to know to successfully adopt Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Copilot features in your Federal Agency. Learn about the security and architecture of Copilot, best practices for adoption, and explore the current features and roadmap with plenty of demos. 

Transforming Program Reviews and Compliance through M365: A Power User Approach 

Cory McConnell will demonstrate how Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Power Automate, can streamline federal government program and project management. By automating workflows and improving compliance processes, the session will provide practical insights for optimizing reporting, collaboration, and efficiency without complex development.

Power BI in US Gov

Join Microsoft's Josh McCoy and Abdy Iman as they discuss what is new with Power BI for Federal customers. They will review some of the recently released features and enhancements, and will also touch on the roadmap for Power BI over the coming months, including plans for Microsoft Fabric in US Gov GCC and GCC High tenants.

Building Accessible Solutions: Ensuring Section 508 Compliance in Microsoft Power Platform

Join Jack Hyman where you'll learn to design Power Platform solutions that meet Section 508 Accessibility requirements. This session focuses on creating accessible analytics experiences, including Power BI dashboards, Power Pages, Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps.
