Community ManagerI recently adopted the TEOC plugin and really think there is a lot of potential to support my emergency operations. I am only basically familiar with SharePoint and more advanced Teams functions so some of the modifications and automations are proving to be challenging. The first modification I'd like to make is to modify the standard list of channels that are created when an incident is created in the plugin. The second issues is related to automation. I'd like a set of files to be added to channels when the team is created. For example, I have a document library created with a set of job aids for my Operations Section that I'd like to be added to the Operations channel when it is created.
Is it possible to do these things? If so, how can I do this?
