We, as a team at work are currently using Outlook 10 tasks and are having to switch to Microsoft To Do. Can I actually say, we don't like it!? The only thing I like about it is the steps we can add. When clicking in to the task, the reading pain down the left is too small. We add a lot of additional documents as a cut and paste into the free text box at the bottom and it is so squashed in, that the text gets distorted and its difficult to read. I cannot search my tasks per day and view in categories like in tasks so I just get one long list. I am finding it hard to also find out how to share the task with other colleagues for when they cover our leave, they can sort through our tasks. I can see how to assign to someone, but they need to update the information we put in the task and so we need to know when that is completed. We are planning to have a practise session during the week, when we can find the time. Is there any way we can click on the task and it open in a new window/larger viewing area. I know on Teams the list can be opened into a large window, but I think out bosses would kick up if they have to use various different applications where once in Outlook 10, it was all in one place. Any help would be great!
