Version 2.0I've had 16 messages since the upgrade, when I click on the envelope icon, the messages never load. Should I not be using Edge to use this site? Can anyone help with this?
It takes about a minute to show messages in inbox and another 10 sec to show selected message. We have to be patient.
I appreciate your response, but I can leave the page open for 10 minutes and have nothing load. Also, after all this time, the number should have ticked up from 16 to a much higher number. On the previous platform, I'd have at least 50 unread messages by now.
It is a known issue. MS is working on it.
Click on the filter to "Show Unread only," but load may take some time.
