MicrosoftDennis_Peabody As I have seen no option to choose a different user to run as during installation, it would be whatever is default, which does show to be "NETWORK SERVICE" post install from reviewing the process list. The certificate is installed with the private key from a .pfx, which is how I normally do it. The exact same certificate works fine in the prior GA release. I am clicking "Next" on all selected defaults for the installer except for the page that asks about what type of certificate to use, which I selected "Use the pre-installed TLS certificate" and then provided the thumbprint on the following screen. Beyond that, all options are defaults from the .exe installer.
I'm going to keep playing around with the configuration PowerShell module to see if I can make something work with post-install configuration.
