Well, I have thousands of devices all of them running the latest build of W10. And I have had 0 issues so far, and moving away from the IT-department knows best and controls everything towards the IT-department is there to enable the user’s individual needs have made the user satisfaction rate skyrocket. And, they rather have this freedom with the possibility of a little hassle as opposed to what we had with W7 and a million GPO’s managing every little aspect of their operation limiting everything to the point where they barely were able to do their everyday tasks.
What is the problem with having a store? We encourage our users to rather use the store to find software if available there. And, deploying and maintaining store apps as opposed to Win32, it's a walk in the park in comparison.
I find the mentality of some of those posting here to be really backwards, old school thinking. And the hate for W10 store and the need to remove this just strange to me. Bloated? And, if this being there is a problem, why LTSC to achieve this? There are much better ways to do this.
To be honest, after doing this transition in how we manage devices, I don't see a single actual benefit of LTSC for W10 in an end user scenario.
