Of course we value Windows Enterprise license and in the past it was easy to keep your fleet on Enterprise. Just deploy with MDT with Ent image, KMS and good to go. Now with Autopilot we have hundreds of endpoints on Pro at any given moment. Some are just deployed, some fail to apply license, some reverted back to Pro, etc. Hard to keep track with dozens new machines deployed daily. Don't understand why Microsoft thinks this is proper way of using Enterprise licenses for paying customers.
