The problem should be fixed by the update KB5052093. We have updated the AFo article.

We are also assuming that your tables do have Referential Integrity enforced on the relationships between them. Can you confirm that, please?
Yes I do have referential integrity enforced normally. In this example, I don't, there is no need.
