Hi,
The problem should be fixed by the update KB5052093. We have updated the AFo article.
You can also find details in my reply from today in this Answers thread.
BTW Funny: I couldn't post the link to the Microsoft KB article because I got this message, stating that parts of the link are not permitted:

If possible, can you also provide a sample accdb which replicates the problem?

I would if I could work out how to attach a file. The attachment icon doesn't do anything for me. Possibly I don't have rights yet as just joined?? Or no storage space... The db is only 620kb, so tiny, and it works fine on my laptop screen, just not the monitors.
As this seems to be restricted to the monitor, I will check all my cables etc this weekend to see if anything is amiss that could be contributing to this.

During the last month this is also happening to me using MS Access 2019.
I have restricted usability on my secondary monitor whist using the query builder trying to use the Table Join UI within the query builder. Also created a new DB with 2 x tables simple structure and replicates the same issues
Have also uninstalled and reinstalled Office, which made no difference.

At least I'm not going totally bonkers then. Sorry you're having the same problem.🤣

I'm wondering if there is an issue with the way Windows is handling some external monitors. I can't repo this problem with your sample accdb either on an external monitor attached to my laptop or on a monitor attached to a desktop computer.

You can email it to me and I'll verify the problem, if I can, to pass it on to Microsoft. So far, I've not reproduced the problem in my version.
