It is not a bug, only truncated menu entries in the tiny second level popup menu. Everywhere else - the first level popup menu, in the band, when you are selecting these entries, and when opening Advanced Filtering - "Greater/Less than or equal" is stated.
So, it is a UI flaw. I've reported this.
