Make sure Cross-Tenant Synchronization is fully set up and running correctly.
-> Check if the Global Address List (GAL) is updating or try a manual sync.
-> Verify Teams settings to allow cross-tenant chats.
-> Review any privacy settings that might block users from appearing in search.
-> If it's still not working, check Microsoft docs or force a sync using PowerShe
