Exception of type 'Microsoft.Online.BOX.Util.Exceptions.InternalException' was thrown.
when we are trying to edit a users mailbox using the office admin center, we are getting Exception of type 'Microsoft.Online.BOX.Util.Exceptions.InternalException' was thrown. e.g. turning on...
- ok, we found out that some admin tried to make the whole tenant secure by creating roles and editing the current roles.
in EAC, under roles, organization management role was stripped to practically view (like global admin reader role).
after that, sll was ok again
You cannot toggle this flag in Exchange Online, that's the expected behavior.
VasilMichev, of course you can. we have been doing that for years. go to a user in the office 365 admin portal, choose a user-->mail-->manage mail app settings
