Help to reset Multi-Factor Authentication settings
Due to the loss of the administrator's mobile phone, Microsoft's Multi-Factor Authentication cannot be authenticated. We need the help of another cloud service administrator to organize the reset of the Multi-Factor Authentication settings.

Hi, lisashww
If you're unable to reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) due to the loss of an administrator’s phone, and there’s no other Global Administrator available, you can reach out to Microsoft Partner Support (assuming you purchased licenses through a Microsoft Partner).
Steps to Contact Microsoft Partner Support:
- Sign in to Partner Center using your work account.
- Click on the Help (?) icon at the top right.
- In the Help + Support panel, select Contact Support.
- Fill in details like Problem Summary, Workspace, and Problem Type to ensure your issue is directed correctly.
- Follow the prompts to submit a Support Request.
You can also try reaching out directly via the Partner Support Hotline specific to your region for faster assistance. For contact information and regional support numbers, visit the Microsoft Partner support page: Microsoft Partner Support
This approach should help get your MFA reset handled efficiently. Let me know if this helps!
