Partner Center MPN ID

I was trying to access the solutions designation center on the partner center dashboard but got the following error:

I have read the how to guides to gain the Microsoft Partner Network ID but could not find that in the partner center dashboard.

    This is me Sids1 now when I logged in to the community my profile seems to have changed somehow. Please I need help this hacker might be misusing my profile creating duplicates everywhere. I am Siddhartha Sharma who wrote this post using the account associated with this ID only but there is a mismatch now.

      Hi Kidd_Ip Can you report this hacker I dont know how but he seems to have duplicated my account and now I have this account but Sids1 is also me. I cant seem to understand this and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
