Change since Arvatos to Pearson VUE

Hello, I don't know if you have had any problems purchasing exams on the new Pearson VUE Store portal, but the reality is that when I bought them at Arvatos the vouchers were available almost immediately on the same portal.  Now in the Pearson Portal Store you buy and only receive order confirmation and must wait up to 3 days or more for an email with the exam codes.  The main problem is that the client wants a fixed delivery day but at Pearson VUE the response time isn't always the same. Its delivery time is tentative, additionally it doesn't have any direct telephone number, you must wait for its response via email. I hope that very soon this method can be better.

Regards,

Hi Jill, the agreement between Microsoft and PearsonVUE is a long one. Pearson are a company that offers thousands of exams daily for a multitude of vendors, including Microsoft.
The exam content is 100% owned by the Microsoft exam team and in each exam session there is an opportunity for the exam taker to write feedback to the exam vendor, each of which is reviewed.

As for the Microsoft partner relationship with Pearson, it is not perfect, (very few of the exam vendor relationships are great) but the Pearson/Partner help desk is pretty responsive, at least in Europe.

      Good luck.

    I have seen this too.
It is almost like PV don't want our business.
They expect us to fill in a PDF Microsoft Voucher Sales Order form, then email it to them with payment details and then sit and just wait.
This is not rocket science and Microsoft should kick their backsides.
