I would suggest starting enrollment again and go from there. I haven't found any other information around offboarded partners unfortunately.
The best thing to do is enroll in the program by creating an account, confirming company details, and validating your credentials. Then, if you're enrolling in CSP, ensure your organization meets the eligibility requirements.
