Hi did you try to schedule the exam and see if the discount is available in the Exam Discount section of your certification profile? If you have done the challenge with an email different from the one in your certification profile you should enter it to check for discounts .Once you have done that you add it as a linked account.if . Then you claim the discount and schedule the exam , at the checkout it will be applied .
