IoTGirl The public portal feedback tool does not offer the required fields and selections to report this type of issue. That is why I have done so here.

We do not have a method to accept such feedback through the forums. Please use the feedback link I provided above which has a free-form text box where you can enter any details you wish.

IoTGirl Thank you for the reply. In order to get the free-form text field I selected random options from the two dropdowns that do not apply to the issue, but hopefully those selections will be overlooked, and support will focus on the issue in the text field instead and prioritize appropriately despite the filtering.

You should not have to choose random options as that will misdirect your issue. You can see from the sample I provided that I chose "Problem with the address" and "Postal Code". Why would you go out of your way to choose random values if there are good options available?
