Migrating VM from Azure to VMWare
I need to migrate a VM from Azure to VMWare, preferably with an option to Sync the two.
Has anyone had any experience with this and could advise on tools and methodology?
I have tried VMWares P2V converter but it fails at 97% everytime so far.

1、download Azure VM OS Disk(.vhd)
2、Disk format conversion with VMware tool(.vhd 2.vmdk)

As mentioned above Azure Site Recovery can run in the VMWare host or in each machine similar to physical if you are doing more of a sync. - Hello! You can use Azure ASR do move yous environment without stop! But, you can download the VHD too. ;)
